Strength Training (V-Rod)
You really need to get into an off season training plan to get you ready for the fall. Do this workout today:
Jog 2 laps
stretch
4 accelerations on the grass
drills x30 yards
high knee
butt kicks
bounding
single leg bounding
lunges
power skips
high knee crossover
Hurdle flexibility:
8 hurdles together
single hurdle walkovers (x2)
alternate leg walkovers (x2)
over-under (both legs)
hurdle dance
2 laps cool down
That should take about 30 minutes but don't waste time or you won't get through it all.
